Sure.....you forgot to mention the continous bullying that your sales assistant have to deal with. The company sets up standards of productivity and then does not give enough resources to reach the objectives, only forces the store-level management to bully the staff into working for free, giving up on rights and working in dangerous conditions. Saw more burnouts in Inditex's staff than any other job. Horrible employer, horrible managers, slave-driver company culture. Way to go in 2021.

AMAZON POR DENTRO El pedido se hace normal y tiene un sistema muy avanzado apenas se pide llegan en un día es lo máximo que tiene que llegar, los paquetes ya están preparados antes de que sean pedidos todos son marcados con sus etiquetas, de igual manera se saca y verifica para saber si esta en buen estado, no importa todo llega en desorden y las llevan a su almacenamiento, los colocan en estanterías de acuerdo por un método llamado pikin caos ordenado, los tiques ya están marcados y clasisifiacados para saber el orden de donde están todos los paquetes ya que venden demasiadas cosas, ellos se encargan de encontrar todo, uno por uno y el escáner me muestra cual puede escoger a medida que el cliente pide cosas distintas lo reparten para que no anden tanto el sistema de tecnología es súper más fácil ya que por donde el trabajador pasa se sepa si fue pedido

I love ZARA clothing but I don't like the customer service in the UK for Zara I find that they're not very manageable terrible customer service and always tend to employ more Europeans then any British people which is quite offensive if you win a UK country doing a business

The worst employee I have worked for... They don't care about their employees, pay one of the lowest salaries in the country, they make use of imigrants that need this job as they don't always have alternatives. I'm glad it was just my student job and not my fulltime job
